Rudy Joss, Chairman |
| Rudy Joss graduated in Engineering and worked as an Industrial Engineer for General Motors before moving to IBM Canada. Over a 15 year career with IBM he served in Product Planning and Business Development roles before moving into sales management as Reseller Country Manager for IBM Canada. In 1986 Rudy left IBM to found CMS Manufacturing Systems and was CEO up to the merger with XKO Software in 2007. |

Shawn McMorran, Chief Executive Officer |
Since joining the company in November 2006, Solarsoft’s CEO, Shawn McMorran, has led Solarsoft to international prominence as a strategic ERP leader within the mid-market arena. Under his guidance over the past 4 years, more than 2,000 companies globally now rely on Solarsoft’s enterprise resource planning solutions to bring functionality and performance to their businesses.
Shawn’s experience in the software industry spans over 20 years within the UK and continental Europe where his career developed through sales, executive management and business development roles.
Prior to Solarsoft, Shawn spent 12 years at SunGard Data Systems. In 2002, Shawn left SunGard as Group President to set up a strategic advisory practice for portfolio investors in information technology and, from 2004, served as CEO of Almonde, a Benchmark Capital portfolio company. |

Anne McGoldrick, Chief Financial Officer |
| Anne McGoldrick has worked in financial management in the software industry for over 15 years. During that time, Anne was CFO of various operating groups at SunGard Data Systems with her most recent position being CFO for the Enterprise Solutions Group. Her career has involved extensive exposure to operational reporting in international businesses, corporate finance and the evaluation and execution of mergers and acquisitions. |

Steven Hargreaves, Group Product Director |
| Steven Hargreaves manages Solarsoft’s product strategy, marketing and communications. He began his career as a consultant at Accenture developing applications for customers across finance and industry. He subsequently joined Thomson Financial as a Development Manager and later, as Director of E-commerce Services at Bankers Trust in New York (now Deutsche Bank), he led the adoption of online customer services across the bank’s global operations. |
