Statistical Process Control

Building on the wealth of high quality real-time data collected for the real-time management dashboards, process and quality control analysis is provided by the optional Statistical Process Control module, ProStat®.

The optional SPC/SQC package provides easy access to a rich set of standard statistical analyses which can be applied to automatic SPC, manual SPC, variable SQC, and attribute SQC data.

ProHelp® EPM includes: x-bar/range and moving range charts, standard deviation and median charts, histograms with capability analysis, regression analysis, control limits calculation, P, NP, U and C charts and Pareto charts.
