Sales Orders

Our goal for sales order processing is to maximize the value of each customer contact. Rich order entry screens with catalogue images, data sheets and available-to-promise calculations for each line item help your sales team become expert advisers.

Rapid access to historic orders accelerates entry for repeat business while a product configurator allows make-to-order quotations to be prepared accurately and easily.

Multiple sales order processing options are available with support for multiple price books with flexible discounts and breaks. Complex delivery schedules are readily handled and mVP will take care of forward stock allocation, delivery and drop shipments. Two-way customer/supplier relationships allow rich commercial partnerships to be tracked without data duplication.

Full supply chain integration is supported using EDI or XML message formats for order entry and configuration, invoice and payments and advance shipment notices. mVP can be closely integrated with Microsoft CRM.

Inventory:

Multi-facility, multi-location inventory management with batch and serial number traceability.  User configurable data extensions and forms allow each company to set up its own QC processes, inspection sheets and documentation for full audibility of product batches. Inter-facility movements with flexible rules for ship-to, ship-from locations are supported. Multiple work in progress and inventory valuation methods allow precise measurement of product costs and margins.

Manufacturing and Production Management:

mVP provides full BOM costing with multiple manufacturing processes. Sophisticated production scheduling and MRP across facilities and resources are built in. Tooling management and scheduled maintenance are fully supported making mVP ideal for processes like injection moulding and fasteners where proper care and costing of expensive tooling is critical to product quality and profitability.

The graphical production planning workbench gives production managers a clear and accurate view of current and planned utilization across plants and cost centers:
