The drag-and-drop user interface makes it simple to adjust the production schedule dynamically as priorities change.

Built-in shop floor data collection and barcode support are standard and there are optional interfaces to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for real-time progress and delivery forecasting.

Technology

aVP is a modern Windows based application with a graphical user interface that is easy to install and easy to learn. Running under Windows on industry standard servers, aVP can be deployed with Microsoft SQL Server or other open database technologies.

The optional MES component connects print and processing plant directly into the scheduling sub-system for real-time job progress reporting.
